MZScan is provided free of charge for lawful personal and commercial use. You must not use it to process content you have no right to use or that is illegal.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scan quality depends on your original photo, and we do not guarantee results for any particular document.
MZScan is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including loss of files. Always keep your original images.
You keep all rights to your images. The MZScan design, text and code belong to MZScan.
MZScan Premium is sold in three plans, each valid for 30 days: Tools Premium (Rs 300) removes the "mzscan.com" watermark from the scanner and other tools; Edit Premium (Rs 450) unlocks the PDF/Image text editor without watermark or daily limit; Tools + Edit (Rs 600) includes both. The free plan of the Edit tool allows 2 downloads per day with a watermark. Premium is activated with a licence code sent to you after payment and is not renewed automatically. Payments are non-refundable once a code has been issued, except in case of a mistake on our side.
Accounts are optional and are needed only to activate Premium on your account. Keep your login details private. Premium is for one person; sharing an account to give others Premium may lead to the Premium being cancelled without refund.
The site displays third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content of advertisers.
Responsible Use Notice: This editor is intended for correcting and updating your own files, or files you are authorised to modify. Altering official, government-issued, academic, financial or legal documents with intent to deceive is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for the content you edit and download.
This tool is provided for lawful and legitimate purposes only, such as correcting your own drafts, updating your resume, fixing typing errors, or making authorised changes to documents you own or have written permission to edit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MZScan and its owners, developers and operators accept no liability for misuse of the tool, for any fraudulent or unlawful activity carried out by a user, or for any loss or damage arising from the use of edited files.
Editing takes place inside your browser. Your files are not uploaded to our servers. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.
We may restrict or terminate access to the service where misuse is suspected, and we will comply with valid legal requests from law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
